Good question, cabinet companies dislike any damage you may receive from delivery as much as you do, but they rush as quickly as possible to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. Some companies can get a part to you within the week and others are about 8-10 days. Hopefully any damage is just cosmetic to a door and you can proceed with the install and just replace that piece when it arrives. If you are unfortunate and receive a broken cabinet, then you will have a delay in the install, but if you are having a stone countertop they can measure with the damaged one in place and the new should arrive before the countertop does.
